Sean Fulton is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Litigation Group, and is a member of the Firm’s Products Liability and Mass Tort, Securities, and Criminal Defense and Investigations Practice Groups. His practice focuses on representing multinational corporations and their officers in complex civil litigation, international arbitration, corporate internal investigations, and criminal defense matters before various agencies.
Sean also devotes time to the Firm’s pro bono matters, representing victims of domestic violence in proceedings for protective orders, a class of tenants in a suit for damages against their landlord, and criminal defendants in direct appeals, among others.
