Robert Jones is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Litigation Group. His practice focuses on representing leading global companies and financial institutions in complex civil litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts, including securities, antitrust, class action, tax, M&A litigation, and other commercial matters. Mr. Jones also has experience advising corporate clients on potential litigation risks involved in various M&A and other transactional matters. He has also advised high net worth individuals in litigation involving trusts and estates. Mr. Jones maintains an active pro bono practice that includes working with a law school appellate clinic on appeals in civil rights cases.
