Renata Mascarenhas is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s General Practice Group. Renata joined the Firm as an associate in the New York office in 2016, prior to which she practiced corporate law in Brazil. Renata worked in the Firm’s London office from July 2017 to March 2020 and in the Firm’s Los Angeles office from April 2022 to March 2023. Renata has experience in a broad range of practice areas including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate governance and finance, and has advised many corporate clients across Latin America and the world. Renata is a native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English and Spanish.
