Rebecca Rabinowitz is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s New York office and a member of the Firm’s General Practice Group. Her practice focuses on a range of executive compensation matters, including advising on compensation and benefits matters in connection with mergers & acquisitions and other corporate transactions, as well as counseling public and private companies and individual senior executives on compensation, compliance and corporate governance matters. Ms. Rabinowitz is a member of the Firm’s Women’s Initiative Committee.
