Philippe Schiff is a senior associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Intellectual Property and Technology Group.
Philippe advises on complex transactions involving intellectual property, technology and AI, including mergers and acquisitions, licensing arrangements, joint ventures, financings, patent sales and commercial settlements. He represents clients across a range of industries, including software, semiconductors, telecommunications, financial services, sports, manufacturing, healthcare, and consumer products.
Philippe also advises on transactions supporting the development and deployment of AI, including compute and other infrastructure arrangements, cloud services agreements, technology collaborations and strategic partnerships. In addition, he counsels clients on legal, regulatory and governance considerations relating to the development and use of AI.
