    Paul Rota is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s General Practice Group in Australia. He joined the Firm in 2018 and has also worked in S&C’s London office.

    Paul’s practice focuses primarily on venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. He advises investors, emerging companies, large corporations and financial institutions on cross-border financings, strategic investments, and public and private securities offerings (across equity and debt). Paul is also actively involved in advising clients on corporate governance and disclosure matters.

    Paul has experience in a range of industries, including finance, mining and minerals, healthcare, digital assets, sports, consumer goods, infrastructure, insurance, and technology.
