Patrick Lynch is an associate in the Firm’s Financial Services Group. Mr. Lynch’s practice is primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and similar transactions involving financial institutions. He also advises clients on a variety of bank regulatory, securities and strategic and corporate governance matters. Mr. Lynch represents both U.S. and non-U.S. public and private financial institutions, including banks, asset managers, private equity funds, insurance companies and broker-dealers.
