Patrick Lynch is a partner in the Firm’s Financial Services Group. His practice is primarily focused on complex mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and similar transactions involving financial institutions. Patrick also advises clients on a variety of bank regulatory, securities and strategic and corporate governance matters. He represents both U.S. and non-U.S. public and private financial institutions, including banks, asset managers, private equity funds and financial technology companies.
