    Patrick Bright is a partner in S&C’s Finance Group. He leads the Firm’s high yield capability and is widely recognised as a leading adviser in the European high yield market. Patrick represents investment banks, private equity sponsors, corporates and institutional investors on high yield bond issuances, leveraged and acquisition financings and other complex debt transactions.

    His practice extends across the full spectrum of capital markets and financing matters, including bond restructurings and US securities law advice. He brings extensive experience advising on capital structures throughout the debt cycle, from new money issuances to liability management and restructuring scenarios.
