    John Jo is a partner in the Firm’s Tax Group. He advises both U.S. and non-U.S. clients on a broad range of planning and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, internal and external restructurings, securities offerings and cross-border financings. His clients include a wide-range of sponsor, financial institution and corporate clients in consumer, financial, healthcare, oil and gas, infrastructure, renewable energy and other sectors. He has also represented clients in IRS audits and the United States Tax Court.
