Michael Haase is an associate in the Frankfurt office’s General Practice Group He focuses primarily on the representation of domestic and international clients in a wide range of cross-border and domestic public and private M&A transactions as well as equity capital markets transactions. He also advises on corporate governance and other general corporate matters, such as shareholders meetings, post-transactional measures and corporate structuring.
Michael Haase joined S&C in 2021 and is admitted to the Frankfurt bar. Before he joined S&C, he worked for another leading international law firm in Munich.
