Michael Fronk is an associate in S&C’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group within the Firm’s General Practice Group. He advises clients on a range of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures, capital raises and other strategic transactions. He has represented clients across various industries, including healthcare and life sciences, aerospace and defense, industrials and financial services. Michael is also a member of the Firm’s Associate Experience Committee.
