Manon Scales is Special Counsel in S&C’s Financial Services Group. During her time at the Firm, her practice has focused on advising financial institutions and other corporate entities on a variety of regulatory and transactional matters. Examples of Manon’s recent matters include advising financial institutions on disclosure-related issues, security issuances and sanctions compliance. Her practice has also focused on representing corporate clients in the U.S. Government's foreign investment review process.
