Lisa Morales is an associate in S&C’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group within the Firm’s General Practice Group. She has advised clients on a range of corporate transactions across various industries, including consumer and retail, financial services, energy, insurance, healthcare and life sciences, industrials and entertainment, technology and telecommunications. Lisa is also a committee member of the Firm’s Women’s Initiative Committee and a member of its Network of Black & Latinx Lawyers.
