    Karoline Koenig is a member of Sullivan & Cromwell’s General Practice Group. She joined the Firm’s New York office in 2016 and has been practicing in the Firm’s Frankfurt office since August 2017. Ms. Koenig advises clients on equity and debt capital markets transactions as well as cross-border M&A matters.

    • Instone on (i) its €172.4 million capital increase and (ii) its €428 million IPO-dual track transaction
    • Jumia Technologies on its $196 million SEC-registered IPO and NYSE listing
    • Majorel on its €759 million private placement and listing on Euronext Amsterdam
    • Mynaric in connection with numerous transactions including (i) its $75.9 million SEC-registered IPO and Nasdaq listing, (ii) private placements to L3 Harris and others and (iii) a financing of in total €80.6 million provided by funds affiliated with a U.S. based global investment management firm consisting of a $75 million secured five-year term loan facility and a private placement of shares of Mynaric AG
