Joonkeun Yoo is a member of Sullivan & Cromwell’s general practice group and is the co-head of the Firm’s Korea practice. His work focuses on corporate transactions, capital markets, corporate governance and related matters, acquisition and bank financings and other corporate and regulatory issues and analyses. Mr. Yoo is fluent in Korean and English and is admitted to practice law in New York and Hong Kong.
