John W. Karol is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups within the Firm’s General Practice Group. He advises clients on a range of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including M&A transactions, joint ventures, capital raises, spin-offs, public and private offerings of equity and debt securities and other capital markets transactions. He also regularly advises public and private clients on corporate governance, disclosure and general corporate matters.
