Dr. Johannes Hieronymi is an associate in S&C’s Frankfurt office and a member of the Firm’s General Practice Group. His practice focuses on representing issuers and underwriters in a broad range of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings and rights offerings. He also advises on M&A transactions and general corporate matters, with past transactions including public takeovers as well as mergers and squeeze-outs involving public companies. Before joining the Frankfurt office, Mr. Hieronymi was an associate in our New York office where he advised on various U.S. law matters, including on a number of SEC-registered offerings, M&A transactions and corporate governance matters.
Mr. Hieronymi is admitted to practice in both Germany and New York.
