Jared Ham is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Litigation Group. Mr. Ham’s practice spans a broad range of civil litigation matters in both federal and state courts, including complex commercial, shareholder derivative, and securities cases. His practice also includes government investigations, including by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and U.S. Department of Justice, and various pro bono matters. Mr. Ham is a member of the Firm’s Diversity Committee, Co-Chair of the Asian Associates Network, and member of the LGBTQ+ Network.
