Jimmy Vincenti is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Group. His practice spans a wide range of complex civil, criminal, and bankruptcy litigation matters in both federal and state courts, including consumer class actions, securities fraud claims, breach-of-contract suits, adversary proceedings in bankruptcy, and investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Vincenti’s pro bono work includes securing a court order requiring the New York City Housing Authority to remediate certain unsafe living conditions in a Brooklyn housing project.
