    Phil Sandridge is an associate in the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He advises clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and financial advisory matters. He has represented clients across various industries, including the consumer and retail, energy, sports and entertainment, technology, telecommunications, financial services, insurance, and healthcare and life sciences industries.

    • AT&T (U.S.) in its agreement with TPG Capital (U.S.) that established a new company named DIRECTV that owns and operates AT&T’s U.S. video business unit with an enterprise value of $16.25 billion (2021)
    • UnitedHealth Group (U.S.) in connection with Optum’s (U.S.) $13.8 billion acquisition of Change Healthcare (U.S.) (2021) and in its divestiture of ClaimsXten, the claims editing business of Change Healthcare (U.S.), to an affiliate of investment funds of TPG Capital (U.S.) for $2.2 billion (2022)
