Patrick Ronan is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell's General Practice Group in New York and is a member of the Intellectual Property & Technology Transactions Group. Patrick advises clients on the intellectual property aspects of a variety of corporate transactions, including digital infrastructure and compute transactions, M&A, divestitures, sponsorships, licenses and transfers of intellectual property, financings, collaborations and strategic advice. He has represented companies across the AI, technology, sports and retail sectors.
