Isabelle K. de Lange is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Capital Markets Group. Isabelle joined the Firm as an associate in the Frankfurt office in 2019 and has worked in the New York office since 2023. Her practice focuses on a variety of public and private capital markets transactions across a broad range of industries, including IPOs, capital raises, investment grade and high yield offerings and liability management transactions. She also advises public companies on ongoing SEC reporting and disclosure matters, including periodic and current reports.
