Iacopo Lash is an associate in the Firm’s General Practice Group. He has participated in a wide variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings and joint venture formations related to investments in hotels, industrial properties, office buildings and student housing, among other asset classes. Mr. Lash has also represented clients in the financial services industry in trade group advocacy as well as in transactional, corporate governance and disclosure matters.
