Dr. Frederik Uller is an associate in S&C’s Frankfurt office and a member of our German law practice group. He focuses on representing issuers and underwriters in a broad range of equity and debt capital markets transactions. He also advises in general securities law matters, such as capital markets compliance and post-admission obligations.
Dr. Uller is admitted to the Frankfurt bar. Before he joined the firm in 2021, he worked as an associate for the capital markets team of another leading international law firm and as a secondee for a leading U.S. investment bank in Frankfurt.
