Esther Jeapes is head of UK Know-how for the London Office of Sullivan & Cromwell with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, corporate, capital markets and financial services.
Before joining Sullivan & Cromwell she was head of M&A Know how at Shearman & Sterling. Before moving into a knowledge management role Esther spent more than 10 years as a corporate transactional lawyer in Slaughter and May and Shearman & Sterling, advising mainly on mergers & acquisitions, financial services, finance and equity capital markets.
Before law school, Esther studied Politics Philosophy and Economics at Hertford College, Oxford University.
