Elizabeth Kubanik is European Counsel in Sullivan & Cromwell’s London office and has been a member of the Estates and Personal Group since 2011. Elizabeth has been based in the London office since September 2019; previously she was based in the New York office. She has participated in the representation of U.S. and international families and fiduciaries with respect to a broad range of tax and planning issues, including extensive advice with respect to trust and family business planning and charitable planning.
Elizabeth is a member of The International Academy of Estate and Trust Law.
Elizabeth is the co-contributing editor of Chambers Global Practice Guides: Private Wealth, a co-author of the chapter on United States law in The Private Wealth and Client Review, Second to Twelfth Editions and a co-author of the article entitled “Planning for Changes of Domicile, Residence, Citizenship and Nationality: The United States Perspective” published in the September 2012 edition of Trusts & Trustees.
