Elizabeth Kubanik is a partner in the Estates and Personal Group and Co-Head of the Nonprofit and Tax-Exempt Organizations Practice.
Elizabeth has been based in Sullivan & Cromwell’s London office since September 2019; previously she was based in the New York office. She has participated in the representation of U.S. and international families and fiduciaries with respect to a broad range of tax and planning issues, including extensive advice with respect to cross-border trust and family business planning and charitable planning.
Elizabeth is a member of The International Academy of Estate and Trust Law.
Elizabeth is the co-contributing editor of Chambers Global Practice Guides: Private Wealth and the Chambers Private Wealth Disputes Global Practice Guide, and a co-author of the chapter on United States law in The Private Wealth and Client Review, Second to Twelfth Editions.
