Recognized as a “Rising Star” by Law360, Danielle Schulweis is a partner in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Real Estate Group and a resident of the Firm’s New York Office. Danielle has advised clients on a broad range of corporate matters in the real estate industry, including financings and workouts, acquisitions, dispositions, developments, joint ventures, recapitalizations and restructurings. Her representations include institutional investors, developers, REITs, private equity funds, banks and family offices across various asset classes, including office, retail, hotel, industrial, warehouse, data centers, life sciences and multifamily.
Beyond her client work, Danielle distinguishes herself through her contributions to the Firm’s community and culture. She was appointed to and currently serves on Law360’s Real Estate Authority Editorial Advisory Board. She is an active member of the Women’s Initiative Committee and a foundational member of the Firm’s newly formed Working Parents Committee, reflecting her commitment to fostering mentorship and institutional support for lawyers at different stages of their careers.
