    Danielle Abada is a member of the Firm’s Financial Services, Commodities, Futures and Derivatives and Capital Markets groups focusing on a broad range of bank regulatory, derivatives and securities matters. Her practice involves the representation of financial institution and fintech clients in a range of regulatory, corporate, transactional and legislative matters. Danielle has worked on a variety of regulatory matters with federal and state banking, securities and other governmental agencies on behalf of U.S. and non-U.S. financial services clients. She advises public and private companies on a wide range of corporate governance, disclosure and general corporate matters. Danielle also advises clients, from startups to established global financial institutions, regarding the development of payments, settlement, clearing and other financial technology businesses and the use of blockchain, digital assets, cryptocurrencies and artificial intelligence.

    Danielle is also a member of S&C’s Women’s Initiative Committee.
