Dan is a member of the Firm’s Financial Services and Commodities, Futures and Derivatives groups focusing primarily on bank regulatory, derivatives and securities matters. He advises U.S. and non-U.S. banking organizations on U.S. banking law and regulation, including permissibility of activities, investments, regulatory capital and liquidity matters.
He also has experience with the regulation of derivatives products and market participants under the Commodity Exchange Act and the Dodd-Frank Act and advises on a range of regulatory, transactional and enforcement matters relating to repurchase transactions, swaps and other derivatives.
