Catherine Yuh is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group within the Firm’s General Practice Group. She advises clients on a range of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and family office investments. She also advises public companies on shareholder activism and corporate governance matters. Catherine has represented a variety of global companies across the industry spectrum, including in the healthcare, fintech, automotive, energy and technology sectors. She is a member of the Firm’s Associate Experience Committee.
