Carley Groobman is a special counsel in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Investment Management Practice. Her experience involves representing private investment fund sponsors in the structuring and negotiation of both domestic and foreign investment vehicles, and she advises institutional investors in their investments in private equity funds and other private investment funds. Ms. Groobman also counsels clients on a broad range of general corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, regulatory and compliance issues, as well as other legal and commercial issues related to non-U.S. jurisdictions.
