Brittany Bruns is a senior associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Intellectual Property & Technology Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on patent, trade secret and antitrust litigation. She has experience handling cases at all phases of litigation, including developing case strategy, conducting fact and expert discovery, taking depositions and drafting dispositive motions.
Brittany served as a law clerk for the Honorable Tiffany P. Cunningham and the Honorable Kathleen M. O’Malley in the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Prior to attending law school, Brittany received her bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering.
