Brandon is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Litigation Group who represents clients in the financial services and consumer goods industries. Brandon has litigated antitrust, securities and probate matters, including in class actions and arbitrations. He also advises private equity clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions and post-closing disputes, and represents several of the nation’s largest banks in internal and government investigations.
Brandon has also worked on pro bono matters defending inmates’ rights and Criminal Justice Act defendants.
