    Brad King is a partner based in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Palo Alto office and is a member of the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. His practice focuses on U.S. and cross-border M&A transactions across a broad range of industries, including life sciences, digital & technology, industrials, consumer & retail, and real estate.
