Ayoung Kim is an associate in the Firm’s Financial Services and Investment Management Groups. Her practice focuses on advising asset managers, banks and other financial institutions on a range of transactional, regulatory, compliance and examination matters. She represents clients on various strategic transactions within the asset management industry, including controlling and minority investments, public and private mergers, acquisitions and similar transactions. She also regularly advises clients on matters regarding regulation under the Investment Advisers Act and Investment Company Act.
