Ashlyann is an associate in the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. She advises clients on mergers and acquisition transactions and corporate governance matters. She has represented clients across various industries, including the consumer and retail, financial services and healthcare industries. She also regularly contributes to thought leadership in the M&A space, most recently co-authoring the articles “Fiduciary Duties in the Zone of Insolvency” for Bloomberg Law and “Carve-Out Transactions: Key Seller Considerations” for Practical Law: The Journal.
Ashlyann is a member of the Firm’s Diversity Committee and Women’s Initiative Committee, and a co-chair of the Firm’s Network of Black and Latinx Lawyers.
