Angela Zhu is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s General Practice Group. Her practice focuses on a broad range of transactional matters, including restructuring, financing and other strategic transactions. She has advised debtors, creditors and sponsors in large-scale restructurings, including on plans of reorganization, disclosure statements and key restructuring agreements as well as claims resolution. Angela has also worked on multibillion-dollar infrastructure and energy financings as well as innovative technology-driven transactions. Her practice spans the energy, technology, financial services and media sectors and includes complex, cross-disciplinary matters.
