Andrew Brickfield is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s General Practice Group. Andrew has broad experience within the Firm’s mergers and acquisitions and capital markets practice areas, including work for family offices, private equity sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions and multinational corporations across various industries. Andrew joined the Firm’s London office in 2019 and is admitted to the New York bar.
