Andy Hamilton is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Group. His practice spans a wide range of complex civil litigation in federal and state courts, including class actions, data privacy, consumer protection and other commercial matters. He has also represented clients in investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and other regulatory authorities and has advised companies on cybersecurity readiness and data breach responses. Andy also maintains an active pro bono practice in a variety of public interest areas, including religious liberties.
