    Andrew B. Brod is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s General Practice Group. He advises on a wide range of complex financing and mergers and acquisition transactions, including project financings, structured financings, hybrid capital arrangements, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures, with a focus on transactions in the natural resources, energy and infrastructure sectors. He also has experience in a range of complementary areas, including host government arrangements, offtake contracts and other project development-related commercial contracts. He has represented a variety of sponsor and corporate clients, principally in the United States, Latin America and Canada, and his matters frequently involve cross-border investments and related work.

    Andrew’s matters have been recognized by Global Banking & Markets, IJGlobal, LatinFinance, Latin Lawyer and Project Finance International, among others.
