    Ana M. González Pérez is a partner in S&C’s General Practice Group and Financial Services Group. She advises clients, oftentimes financial institutions or fintechs, on transactional matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments and capital markets offerings, as well as on regulatory-related matters, including, among other things, industry trade group advocacy initiatives and criminal defense investigations work. Ms. González Pérez also has done Latin America-focused work, primarily in the sovereign debt financing and strategic investment spaces.

    Ms. González Pérez is also a member of the Firm’s Diversity Committee.
