Alyx Brannan is an associate in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Litigation Group in New York. Her practice spans a broad range of litigation matters, such as employment investigations, civil litigation in federal and appellate courts, including antitrust and securities litigation class actions, bankruptcy matters and government investigations, including by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, U.S. Department of Justice, Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. Her practice also includes advisory roles for litigation and employment topics on transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and executive compensation and advisory roles for banking organizations on BSA/AML compliance. She has represented several pro bono clients in cases regarding immigration, criminal defense and survivors of domestic violence.
