Alexis Madec’s practice includes a wide range of matters and primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions and tax. Alexis also has extensive experience in financing and capital markets transactions.
Alexis teaches business tax law at University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF).
