    Alexander M. Koch is a member of Sullivan & Cromwell’s General Practice Group. He joined the Frankfurt office in 2015. Mr. Koch advises clients on capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings and rights offerings, and cross-border M&A transactions. He also advises in corporate and securities laws matters, including capital markets compliance.

    He is admitted to both the Frankfurt and Minnesota bar.
