Alexander Capogna is an associate in the Firm’s General Practice Group and a member of the Firm’s Executive Compensation Group. Mr. Capogna’s practice has included a broad range of executive compensation and corporate governance matters, including mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, ongoing public company advisory work, including disclosure and compliance matters, and general compensation advice to corporate clients as well as individual senior executives across a variety of industries. Mr. Capogna joined the Firm in 2020.
