He advises clients on a range of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures, capital raises, co‑investments and other strategic transactions. He has represented clients across various industries, including consumer & retail, technology, healthcare and life sciences, aerospace and defense, industrials, media & telecommunications and financial services.
