Columbia Law School Program on Derivatives Laws Under Dodd-Frank

On January 21, Mr. Raisler and Mr. Gilberg participated in Columbia Law School’s CLE program, Title VII of Dodd-Frank: The New Derivatives Regime. Mr. Raisler spoke on a panel titled, “Other Laws,” which discussed occasions when Title VII of the Dodd-Frank Act applies to non-U.S. entities and transactions. Mr. Gilberg chaired a panel on the role and regulation of market intermediaries under the Dodd-Frank regime.
