Mr. Neuhaus and Mr. Rosenberg participated in the New York State Bar Association International Section Global Week, which featured panel discussions hosted and sponsored by law firms and other legal institutions throughout New York City on specific issues of international practice.

On May 10, Mr. Rosenberg served on the panel, “The Framework of International Legal Practice,” as part of Global Week’s opening reception at the Yale Club. On May 12, he chaired a panel titled, “Handling Complex International Insurance and Reinsurance Disputes,” hosted by S&C. (Mr. Rosenberg also submitted papers in conjunction with Global Week, including one he co-authored titled, “Fundaments of International Environmental Law,” and another concerning strategic considerations in the handling of complex international insurance and reinsurance disputes.) On May 12, Mr. Neuhaus served on the panel, “Conflicts and Confidentiality in International Practice: Views from Argentina, China, Luxembourg, and the United States,” at Cleary Gottlieb.
