On February 27, Mr. Neuhaus participated in a panel on “Multi-party Arbitration: From Paris to New York,” at the February 2012 session of the Arbitration Forum of the Center for Transnational Litigation and Commercial Law at New York University. Mr. Neuhaus gave a presentation on “Class Arbitration in the U.S. in the Wake of Stolt-Nielsen S.A. v. Animal Feeds Int’l Corp. and AT&T Mobility LLC v. Concepcion.” The session was co-hosted by the New York/Washington D.C. Chapter of the Spanish Arbitration Club in New York City.
