On March 23, Mr. Morphy spoke on the panel, “Current Dynamics in Director Elections” at the ABA Business Law Section Spring Meeting in Las Vegas. The panel was presented by the Corporate Laws Committee and examined the impact of majority voting for directors, the impact of Delaware law provisions on proxy access for director elections and developments in election contests.
